Scott Wippert

Scott Wippert was born and raised in Hawaii. He relocated to California after graduating from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Mr. Wippert received his Juris Doctorate from the McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. After graduating from law school, Mr. Wippert was an attorney for the Sacramento County Public Defenders Office.

Prior to moving to Chico, Northern California to become a senior trial lawyer for Berg and Associates, Mr. Wippert was a successful senior criminal attorney for a prominent law firm in Southern California.

Mr. Wippert has a reputation for being an aggressive trial attorney, whose unique and impressive litigation style has brought results and positive outcomes for his clients, many were the firm’s most serious and difficult cases. Mr. Wippert specializes in criminal law, with particular expertise in defending against gang allegations, Mr. Wippert has expertise in Personal Injury Cases and he also maintains a successful case history in representing juveniles charged as adults in criminal court.
