The attorney representing Elizabeth “Beth” Brustad, the former office manager charged with embezzlement and grand theft of $56,500 from Intermountain Family Practice, has subpoenaed financial records and other documents from the physicians’ offices.

Brustad and her attorney, Eric Berg of Redding, want to review various documents before her preliminary hearing, according to Shasta County Deputy District Attorney Keith Cope.
